Overview
CSP's Resource Center serves as our portal to the community by offering free financial aid and advisory services to the public. High school and adult students alike, can research colleges and scholarship opportunities, explore career paths and receive advice and assistance with navigating the college access and financial aid processes.
In order to better serve the community’s need for personal college access services Cleveland Scholarship Programs is going to follow the schedule below.

The Resource Center is open:
Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM -5:00 PM. (No appointments needed)
Change in Saturday Hours of Operation:
The Resource Center will also be open on Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Please note the following regarding appointments:
- Required to meet with an advisor on Saturdays from September – December.
- Preferred but not required on Saturdays from January through August.

Services Provided
FAFSA - The Free Application for Federal Student Aid is used to apply for federal aid such as grants, work-study, and loans. This form needs to be completed before each school year to qualify for any financial aid. (More)
Scholarships - This form of aid does not have to be repaid and can be provided by private organizations, community groups, the state you live in, the college you are attending, and many more sources. (More)
Saving for College - As the cost of a college education continues to increase, so must our efforts in saving for it. Learn more about helpful and practical ways to save your money.
Special Circumstances - There may be conditions specific to you or your family, which can hinder you from meeting the demand of your Estimated Family Contribution (EFC). These special circumstances cannot be reported on the FAFSA worksheet. However, it is possible for these to be considered by your college or university. (More)
Loans - In addition to scholarships and grants, loans can also be a part of the financial aid equation. Since loans have to be repaid, and interest can accumulate, it is important to make yourself aware of the ins and outs. There are many types of loans: Federal, Parent, Private, etc. (More)
