Mentoring

CSP is committed to providing mentoring opportunities to first-generation scholarship recipients whom might not have support systems at home to provide the added push they need to complete postsecondary education. 

These students need emotional support from someone who is invested in them, their well-being and their college and career success. The Mentoring Program is designed to increase college retention by assigning CSP students with community professional mentors who are committed to the success of the student.

We believe you will find that sharing your life experiences and talents with our CSP students will be a wonderful and rewarding experience.

Mentees have the knowledge and support from mentors to reach their goals and create relationships for life.
