ELIGIBILITY
Students with a parent who has/had Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) living in the region covered by The ALS Association Northern Ohio Chapter (geographic region will be provided to CSP each year by The ALS Association Northern Ohio Chapter) are encouraged to apply. High school seniors , current undergraduate college students or students between the ages of 18 and 25 who are not currently enrolled
in college may apply. Students must also meet certain income guidelines (three times the federal poverty guidelines or less). Grade point average and ACT/SAT test scores will also be taken into consideration during the application evaluation.

$2,500 renewable scholarships will be awarded to deserving students.
