Search as Words Finds articles containing all of the specified words. Searching "Scholarship Programs" finds articles with the word "Scholarship" and/or the word "Programs". Note that this is the default option.
Search as Exact Phrase Finds articles containing the phrase. Searching "Scholarship Programs" would find articles about "Scholarship Programs" specifically and not only about "Scholarship" and/or "Programs" in general.
